Yes. In general I cannot accommodate; Full Males* -  in Season females* - Pregnant dogs* - unvaccinated dogs or dogs with Medical conditions that are considered transmissible.  Also I do not take dogs that are Not socialized - have separation issues - or Behavioral traits considered unacceptable to maintain a peaceful and happy life (So if your dogs barks for hours on end and has no house training, then I'm not the service for you) I am also unable to take dogs considered as recognized banned in the UK. In relation to this I also do not take Large Bull breeds, Corso or Pit types and Mixed breeds of Bull Variant.

* If you have one of these dogs and need help I am always happy to discuss if there is a feasible solution that would be acceptable to all parties and the Dog. 

Not a problem. I normally have a standard full kibble feed in stock and always add to it with some form of moist meat / fish / etc. But if your dog has a specific food or dietary requirement I just advise that you send it along with  them. Many owners like to pre-bag feeds for their dogs stay, especially when they are on strict weight plans or grain free plans. 

Equally with medication if you supply your dog(s) meds and a schedule of days/times that it should be administered and I can keep to their routine (Incl. Insulin Jabs)  

If your dog is over 10 years old I do sometimes ask for a medical check before they board. Boarding can be stressful for some dogs so its always best to start off on the right foot and make sure they are fit and healthy before leaving them somewhere new. 

I currently hold Employers liability insurance with PBI (Pet business insurance) - I advise all owners to make sure their own pet is covered and they have adequate cover for emergency operations, hospitalization and illness. ( I have seen so many odd and strange things with dogs over the years and the vet fees can be astronomical. Whilst our insurance covers some conditions & incidents there are natural health issues that will not be covered and under my duty of care I will always act on the veterinary advice given) 

I have a 5* Council license and have held a licenses, continuously, for 20 years. 

Payment: You will be invoiced for your Dog(s) stay and all the bank details are on the invoice. We ask for Bank transfer or Cash payment. We do not accept phone payment's and do not hold card readers.  For new clients you may be asked to pay in advance for your booking.
